5th Avenue Jazz Collective: a collection
of like-minded musicians who have dedicated
the bulk of their time and energies to developing
and exploring jazz skills and give them
an outlet for their personal music and arrangements
so that this music can be performed in an
non-compromising environment for an appreciative
audience.

Friends

The newly-formed
On the Square Productions, a Granbury, Texas-based
moveable musical theater company, presents
Big Daddy and the Butter Biscuits and Friends
at Arts Fifth Avenue.
The evening offers a musical-comedy-styled
revue performed by some of the best musical
theater talent the Metroplex has to offer,
including vocal group Big Daddy and the
Butter Biscuits, comprised of musical director/pianist
Royce Cooper, and singer/actors Peggy Bott
Kirby and Heatherton Hardy-Wilson. Additional
artists include playwright/ukulelist Tim
Hatcher, and actor/singers Debbie Dacus,
Carmen Jones, and Angie Ray (see attached
bios). The company will perform vintage
top forties favorites and show tunes from
the 1930s to the present.
